Our Packages

Rehearsal & Ceremony Facilitation $250

For those who aren’t looking for a full-day coordinator but are concerned about the logistics of the ceremony. Let us walk you through your rehearsal and on your special day, we will be there for your ceremony to ensure everything is in place sending you down the aisle knowing everything has been taken care of.

Part Time Prep $500

This package includes anything to do with the planning process leading up the wedding. From consultations to emails. Contract review, itinerary planning and vendor communication. Pick-ups & deliveries, or assistance with DIY projects.

Day-Of Coordinator $850

This package includes one month in advance prep, contacting all your vendors to confirm their contacts and timing, minute by minute itinerary creation and on-site day-of coordination for 8 consecutive hours.

Full Planning $1500

This package includes full planning beginning on signing and will include consultations, contract review, itinerary planning, vendor communication, site visits, ongoing email and telephone correspondence and day of coordination for 12 consecutive hours.

Meet the Owner/Senior Event Planner Sherry-Lyn - "I've always had a passion for event planning and the experience I've gained through working for hotels and conference centers has been wonderful!! Before branching out on my own, I worked for the Brookstreet Hotel & Resort as their resident wedding planner since 2010 averaging 60 weddings each year. The feeling I get simply by being a part of someone’s special day is truly heartwarming. 


Sherry-Lyn went above and beyond to make our special day truly perfect. From day one she was very professional, approachable, always easy to reach, quick to reply, and took care of so many things that I'm not sure how we would of done it without her. When it comes to wedding planning, you think of the big things when creating your checklist - venue, caterer, music, officiant, decor, rentals, etc. - but often the many MANY small things are what you don't quite consider in the big picture, and let me tell you those sure do add up over the course of planning. From big to small things, Sherry-Lyn had it covered and we are so grateful for that and for her! From emails to phone calls, planning to opinions, I always knew I could reach out to her at anytime - and just knowing that is a relief in itself from the bride's perspective. She takes the time to pay attention to the small details and do everything she can to make your day the fairy tale you've hoped it to be. 

Whether you have Sherry-Lyn for the entire planning process or even just the day of, she will make a world of a difference, as I know she did for us. A HUGE shout out to Sherry-Lyn. I don’t know how I would have managed without her on our big day. We had enough other things go wrong but I promise you hiring Sherry wasn’t one of them. My ceremony and venue were decorated exactly as I imagined. I basically told her roughly what I wanted but that I trusted her judgement. WOW. She made sure my partner and I didn’t see each other until I walked down the aisle. It was so beautiful. In my pictures you can see her trying to hide behind me while holding my veil that we didn’t expect to catch on the ground all the way down! She told me she had me and I knew she did. We had our wedding in Calabogie in late 2017 and Sherry-Lyn was always there when we needed her. From the initial site visit, to contract review, and a huge asset on the day of, we couldn't have done it without her. On our wedding day we had chairs without covers and sashes and Sherry-Lyn jumped right in and finished the chairs for us. She was always available for questions and she made our experience memorable. We can’t say enough about Sherry-Lyn. The service she provided, the level of professionalism, the attention to detail and so much more. She was always available when we had questions and we never felt stressed because we knew we could count on her for anything. The weather didn’t cooperate for our outdoor ceremony but we went ahead as planned and Sherry-Lyn ensured everyone was looked after. Coordinating the guests and keeping in constant communication with the Officiant was very helpful so we could concentrate on getting ready and enjoying our day. Where to begin… Sherry-Lyn has this way of making you feel at ease. She knows what she’s doing and we definitely made a lifelong friend. A heartfelt and sincere thanks to Sherry-Lyn Coulas and her amazing staff for helping put on a cherished and never-to-be forgotten wedding for me and my wonderful wife in April 2016. Anyone should feel lucky to have Sherry-Lyn, whose superb coordination oversaw our multi-layered, complex and inter-cultural wedding, ensuring it went off without a hitch. Our wedding guests also singled out the professional and compassionate service of Brookstreet’s doormen and other staff, who made extra effort to ensure that our elderly wedding invitees were well accommodated or received and special attention when necessary. Sherry-Lyn was always there to answer questions with several concerns & anxieties that needed reassuring - our wedding planning period was extremely short (just 3 months) and we needed answers quickly. - fluidly organizing a demanding full-day marriage event (early morning to late late night) without a single glitch, - allowing us more external vending options than is normally allowed by wedding venues, including: (a) penalty free external design and decor vending options, and, (b) high quality external catering options. Here we felt like we asked for and got only what we needed - nothing more, nothing less. Attention to detail & the Extra Mile: We were pleasantly surprised by Sherry-Lyn's willingness to go the extra mile on accommodating sudden unforeseen events on the wedding day. In our case, we discovered we needed an extra room for the bride to prepare during our morning ceremony while later in the day Sherry-Lyn was happy to help us when she learnt our flash mob needed extra space to rehearse in (she went hunting for a spare room). That kind of attention to detail gave us peace of mind and so in the end we were very happy that we picked Brookstreet for our wedding location and so thankful to have Sherry-Lyn as our wedding planner.
